The 2.75 gallon (10.4 litres) Berkey Light® System comes standard with 2 Black Berkey® Elements and is ideal for 2- 5 people for everyday use.
The Berkey Light® System is a lightweight unit designed for home use and during outdoor activities such as camping, hunting, travelling, and during unexpected emergencies.

- Up to 4 Berkey PF-2™ Fluoride and Arsenic Reduction Filters may be installed in the lower chamber of this system if desired

Berkey® Systems equipped with Black Berkey® Elements mechanically extract waterborne pathogens while dramatically reducing protozoa, trihalomethanes, inorganic minerals, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, VOCs, petroleum products, perfluorinated chemicals, rust, silt, sediment and even radiologicals. We recommend replacing Black Berkey® Elements every 3,000 gallons (6,000 per set of 2 elements). Elements may require replacement sooner based upon the quality of influent water.
